Prizes can be picked up at our reception desk anytime Monday to Friday, between 8:30am - 6 pm. Please call reception at 204-477-1221 to confirm that your prize is in.

PRIZE INFORMATION
Prizes are not transferable, must be accepted as awarded, and may not be substituted or converted to cash, except by THE BREEZE 100.7 FM as indicated below. THE BREEZE 100.7 FM reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value, whether in cash or otherwise, if a prize cannot be awarded as described. THE BREEZE 100.7 FM however, will not be responsible if weather conditions, event cancellations, or other factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Prize or any part of the Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, winners will not be provided with a substitute or cash equivalent for the Prize or any such part of the Prize.
What do I need to bring?
Any form of VALID government issued photo identification.
Can my friend pick up my prize?
NO, someone else can not pick up your prize. You have to be the person who picks up your prize and you should make arrangements with our receptionist before doing so, at 204-477-1221.
BUT can my family pick up my prize?
Yes, family members may pick up your prize; however, it can only be family members that have the same last name as you. AND they must have a copy of your ID along with a letter giving them permission to pick up the prize on your behalf.
When can I win again?
You and the members of your household are eligible to win after 60 days for daily prizes. Prizes that are won and are over $100 and between $500, you are eligible to win after 6 months and anything over $500 to $1000, you are eligible to win after 1 year.
NEW Prizes that are over $1000 you are eligible to win after 1 year.
How long do I have to pick up my prize?
Prizes are available to be picked up for up to 30 days after the prize winning date. If the winner is coming to pick up the prize and cannot make it to the radio station in the 30 day time-frame, please notify the receptionist and arrangements will be made to hold the prize for up to 2 additional weeks. Please ensure that you always call reception to make sure your prize is available at the time you wish to pick it up.
Can you mail my prize to me?
Unfortunately THE BREEZE 100.7 FM cannot be responsible for mailing prizes. If you wish to have your prize mailed, you can send a self addressed stamped envelope (provided it is accompanied by a THE BREEZE 100.7 FM waiver) which must be completely filled out and a photocopy of your ID, or arrange for a courier (at your own cost) with our receptionist.
· Prizes cannot be exchanged.
· Prizes are as awarded and are non-transferable.
· If an event (concert, movie screening etc.) is cancelled, THE BREEZE 100.7 FM is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner.
· For Movie Premiers - All seating for THE BREEZE 100.7 FM movie premieres is on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive early to ensure your admission.
By entering the contest the entrant / participant agrees to be bound by these rules & regulations.
Application:
These rules and regulations shall apply to all on-air contests (the “Contest”) unless stipulated otherwise, and where alternate rules and regulations are made available to the public. If there are any discrepancies between these rules and regulations and any other rules and regulations posted for any particular Contest (the “Alternate Rules”), such discrepancy shall be resolved in favour of the Alternate Rules.
Eligibility:
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside. No person who is employed by THE BREEZE 100.7 FM or its affiliate companies, and no persons who are domiciled with any such employee shall be entitled to enter the Contest.
In certain cases, minors under the age of majority will be permitted to enter the Contest and be eligible to win the prize. In no case, however will a minor be declared a winner without the prior written consent and release of liability of the minor’s parent or legal guardian.
Persons who have won prizes in any other Contest sponsored by THE BREEZE 100.7 FM shall not be eligible to enter the Contest for a period outlined in the following table:
Prize Value exceeding $500 1 year
Prize Value less than $200-$500 6 months
Prize Value less than $10-$199 60 days
How to Enter:
There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest.
Upon hearing the cue-to-call, callers being the correct caller through (i.e. the 13th caller) will be asked to answer a trivia question or perform another task as described by the on-air host. If the caller correctly answers the question or performs the task, he will be declared a potential winner. If the caller fails to answer the question correctly or to perform the task, the next caller will given the opportunity to answer or to compete the task. If no caller has correctly answered the question or completed the task, the fifth caller through will automatically be declared the potential winner.
Upon being declared a potential winner, the caller will be required to answer, unaided a time-limited mathematical skill testing question. Upon correctly answering that question, the potential winner will be declared the winner.
Callers shall be responsible for all long-distance charges or other fees associated with entering the Contest.
Value
Unless stipulated otherwise, the value of the Prize shall not exceed $300. No Prize may be exchanged for cash, sold or transferred to any third party.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning the Contest are dependant on the number of callers attempting to enter the Contest at any given time.
Liability
The winner acknowledges that the collection or use of the prize may be inherently dangerous and agrees to release and hold harmless THE BREEZE 100.7 FM for any and all damages he may incur through entering the Contest or through the collection or use of the prize. The winner also agrees to sign a standard release and waiver of liability prior to claiming the prize.
General
Prize winners shall be responsible for all costs and expenses not explicitly stated to form part of the prize, including but not limited to taxes, fees, gratuities, insurance, or travel to and from the airport.
Where the Prize includes travel, the Prize winner must ensure that he and his companion have all the necessary travel documents required to travel to the destination on the dates specified in the prize description.
Prior to receiving the Prize, the Prize winner shall sign a standard release and liability waiver absolving THE BREEZE 100.7 FM of all its obligations under the Contest and accepting the Prize as awarded as full and final satisfaction of all items owed to him by THE BREEZE 100.7 FM.
THE BREEZE 100.7 FM may at its sole discretion substitute a prize or a portion thereof with an alternate prize of equal or greater value. Notwithstanding the foregoing, THE BREEZE 100.7 FM shall not be responsible to substitute a prize or portion thereof where such Prize can not be redeemed due to factors beyond its reasonable control.
Evanov Radio Group reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest in any way it deems appropriate, and for any reason, at any time prior to the declaration of a winner.
Any pronouns used in these rules and regulations shall be modified for gender and number as the case may require, and shall apply as though the correct gender and number had been included herein.
The winner also agrees to abide by the rules and regulations for pick up which can be found at www.thebreezefm.ca.
By entering the Contest, all persons are deemed to have read and to have accepted these rules and regulations.
